That sounds easy to abuse. Just create some users, have them like obvious bad videos, then have them like videos of <insert competitor>.

This library is essentially a generic version of radix sort. For example to sort an array of strings in O(n k), where k is the maximum length all strings: use bucket sort to split the strings into 256 buckets based on the first character

How did you get that number? Assuming a binomial distribution with p=1/10^7 and n=150*10^3 samples as the null model, the probability of 2 or more accidents happening by chance is 0.011%.

With the example of U given, U(2 apples + 2 oranges) > U(5 apples), which would not be true for a linear variant of U. You could transform this utility function into exp(U) = apples^a * oranges^(1-a), to make it more linear. But I believ

This is still a meaningless question, because different languages are good for different things. Are you as productive in rust when doing web front-end development as in javascript? Are you as productive when doing one-of scripts as in perl

It is hard to define what "ordering of memory operations" actually means if there is no memory model that takes multi-threading into account. Most styles of formal semantics will allow operations to be reordered as long as the fin

Another solution is to only allow commands from a whitelist to be run. If the user types something not on the list you say "rm is not on the list of allowed commands, press enter to run and add it".

Haskell still uses head:tail linked lists a lot. However, a lot of effort has been spent in optimizing away the data creation entirely. For example `sum [1..100]` will not actually allocate the list in memory.

Even then, linked lists are only faster than arrays if the list has at least 100s of items.
