How do you fix it without harming yourself. It’s a prisoners dilemma every person is optimizing for themselves and the individual maximum is burbs. Collective maximum is urban but I see no way to get there in a democratic society. Right now

The reason the suburban experience is still happening is because the urban government are failed/failing. Inability to manage homeless, drugs, gangs and education force families out of cities and into terrible commutes

Idk why anyone wants to be part of big union. I understand the desire for a local union but being part of UAW means your fees just go to support a large bureaucracy that is probably negotiating against you or at just for the interests of th

Absolutely, but it misses the point. The bots are a feature not a bug. They create scarcity and improve brand value but only to a point. You can’t have them be 100% of the market but 75% is probably ok

Why don’t you just use a different distribution mechanism that prioritizes existing customers? Real buyers can’t beat the scalpers anyway. There is no bot protection that works. Even if it did scalpers can checkout faster and make more atte

Those are all hobby jobs… they earn enough that the person can continue their passion project but that’s about it. I’d be surprised if all of them were even making minimum wage since they are self employed

I don’t think that’s a problem. Kiev had basically full narrative superiority in the conflict. The bigger problem will be to arm the volunteers with weapons that are effective, as opposed to just using them as artillery targets to slow down

Commercial rates are still way higher than residential. I’d be curious if it were actually possible to buy a whole floor of mini apartments and turn them into offices instead.

The reason we have so many is because it’s a true competitive marketplace. Regulatory burden is low, brewery license are easier to get than liquor licenses so anyone can start one. We have so few competitive sectors left in the USA that it

For 30k not enough. Usually an office admin person can process that kind of stuff as part time responsibility. And you have one for every 50-100 employees. So that would be 300-600 PTE users for 30k
