Apple changed an Apple app to use Apple data instead of Google Data, there was no removal of a Google app because there was no Google app to remove.

While I like their opposition to Flash[1], IMO you will eventually just end up more advanced HTML ads that are harder to detect. [1] primarily because there are no viable competing implementations to what Adobe puts out

You can't download an ISO, you'll need a working OSX install to download it from the App Store. From there I believe you can burn an install DVD and AFAIK you've always been able to do a non-networked install. edit: Un-teste

I don't remember the specific setup (or what it's called), but you can have that in Linux. The problem is that then you can't drag windows from one monitor to the other, though that may also be something that can be configur

You can either have independent spaces (switch screen 1 to a different space while screen 2 remains unchanged) or you can have them linked (when switching screen 1, screen 2 also changes).
