Gruber is not at all Apple exclusive, but he is clearly a fan.

I suspect he isn't the only one that got this treatment, though it would be amusing if he was (and I'm sure it will cause a big kerfuffle).

I think that's barking up a pointless, semantic tree. You don't need property for there to be "theft", you just need to deprive someone of something.

If you say "Linux is stupid" or "Ubuntu is stupid" or "FOSS is stupid", you'll get the same response.

They're all opposed to how the government currently operates. I think that's something that most of the country agrees upon.

I think you're assuming too much about the API, all it does is provide access to the address book so you can do things like create a "invite a friend" dialog, it's not meant to be used for bulk uploading to remote servers.

What a cop out. Ron Paul wants to define life as "starting at conception", he wants to do this at the federal level , and he wants states to ban abortion (which they'd frankly have to do if life was defined as starting at conception).

I find it depends on the environment. If it's a bright room (or the sun is shining in the window) I might go to the light background, otherwise it'll probably stay dark. Related, I always figured the dark desktop UI themes (eg, for GNOME, K
