The problem is that this article is misusing the catchphrase and now people are discussing the misuse of the meme instead of the article's content.

I think there might have been other options with different risk odds, but at the end we talk about 100k for a massive hack with international attention. In review of that it's just a very small amount and not worth the risk. There are

True, but vimdiff is a wrapper around vim, that starts the editor with pre-arranged windows. I would like to have a non-interactive stand-alone tool, that prints the syntax highlighted side-by-side to the terminal then exits and does not re

Yes, but delta doesn't have side-by-side diff. Is someone aware of a command line util, that has side-by-side diff and syntax highlighting? I know that Gitlab can do that.

I wish Icdiff had syntax highlighting for common programming languages.

I think it will as long as people can download it, have their own copy, re-upload and share it peer-to-peer. I think the single most important thing is to make sure to have many copies around the world and not just to rely on one or a few (

I think that NoSQL and SQL are so much different that they will equally coexist, in the same way that languages that are used for very different purposes like Java and Javascript can equally coexist. However, it is unlikely that we have 5 d

I agree with you, so by zombie state I mean the languages are still being used, but for historic reasons (e.g. you don't want to rewrite), but no one really wants to start a new project in COBOL.

I am perfectly capable of skipping the video forward until it gets interesting for me, same like a book. Sometimes you even have skip marks provided by the uploader or user comments where you can jump right into the interesting chapter.
