Not quite but close. Titanic, like a lot of movies of the 90s and 2000s, was shot in Super 35. In Super 35, the image is ~4:3, but it requires optical printing or scanning to produce a release print, since the image is both not the correc

But once your DMARC, DKIM & SPF is configured correctly, there should be no reason for an MTA to reject your mail due to DMARC, right? I have DMARC reporting turned on, but am considering turning it off.

Absolutely. I don't understand why investors are excited about getting into a negative-margin commodity. It makes zero sense. I was an OpenAI fan from GPT 3 to 4, but then Claude pulled ahead. Now Gemini is great as well, especially at

Nothing is perfect—it's all about what's workable for you. I'm still doing both, but I'm convinced that streaming is deteriorating.

The DX of Stripe is already great—it sounds like you want to give Stripe reasonable defaults. Not a bad idea, but if you know what you're doing, you can have AI read the Stripe docs and implement something based on established patterns

Yeah, I think younger people don't realize how limiting Netflix's library is today. They used to have absolutely everything. If it was released on DVD, they had it. Now if I want to watch a movie or TV show, I need to consult an a

Thanks for the reply! Olmo is fascinating, and beyond the traceability aspect, I really appreciate that you all are releasing true open source models complete with data, training code and weights. I was too dismissive in my comment—even i

I agree transparency is great. But making the response inspectable and adjustable is a huge UI/UX challenge. It's good to see people take a stab at it. I hope there's a lot more iteration in this area, because there's st

I used the Ai2 Playground and Olmo 3 32GB Think, and asked it to recommend a language for a green-field web app based on a list of criteria. It gave me a very good and well-reasoned answer (Go, with Rust as a backup), formatted like a high-

A 4000 DPI scan of 135 gives you 21 megapixels. So 36MP with a good lens will easily resolve just as much detail. There is not 60-70MP of information in a 4000 DPI scan, period. For most films, anything beyond 4000 DPI is just going to help
