Now you’re allocating in an ISR?

Quadratically weaker, not exponentially.

You want to define a parallelogram or rectangle, turn it into edge equations, then iterate the spans. Alternative is bresenham then for each point iterate a span in the minor axis.

But you augment it with tools written in c# which is best of both worlds. Builds are defined declaratively and custom actions are defined in code. Not the horrible hybrid of eg ant or cmake.

Pretty site and good write up but my phone turned to molten lava viewing it!

I think you can also define begin/end as non member functions (eg if you don’t own the code for the type).

Uniform branches are free pretty much The main issue is that gpr allocation is static and worse case. So on the majority of hardware you hose your occupancy.

This seems hyperbolic. At work we cross compile the same code for a decent number of different platform - six different OS (Linux Mac windows and some embedded ones) over 20odd cpu architectures. It’s the same build system for all of them.

I understand the sentiment but to be very pedantic most GPUs do not understand SPIRV, it’s the drivers that do.

Interesting you default to paeth. Only working on grayscale 16bit images with only the lower 10bits populated I never found it reduced image size. But I was doing per scan adaptive filtering so maybe if I was only allowed one filter for the

In rust dynamic allocations usually just end up with runtime asserts from your ref counting gc implementation though.

How does tramp make my autocomplete work seem I need to build on the remote machine so all the paths are in that file system? How does it execute the exact version of clangd that is running on the remote not my local laptop, desktop, or win

Why do you need docker to run esbuild? It’s a static binary.

Very few of which are needed or even wanted for lower level mcu development. I assume when the gp was talking about spinning things they were talking about ESC software.

They quote 12A in the name so I’d guess it includes the ESC.

The example is incorrect. On the paragraph where the elves (dwarves??) get the clothes, it is specified no cut pieces are left out for work, but the subsequent summary is the elves settle to work? I don't think this is a particularly g

They don't need to be unmapped just for the other one to use it. source: I wrote GPU drivers for over 10 years.

Virtual alloc your vectors so you can add more backing memory without having to modify the addresses of existing items. Compaction can reap only empty pages but you’ll still need some moving to avoid over fragmentation.

On arm you can use https://developer.arm.com/documentation/dui0489/i/arm-and-th... which is pretty convenient for this use-case.

Httplistener has two implementations. Managed (cross platform) and http.sys (windows only). It’s “ok”. You can’t do things like re use contexts but it’s perfectly fine for throwing small backends together when you don’t want to force users
