I don't know about you but I hated it. Takes ages to open up and is buggy. I have a S8 so you can't say that hardware is a problem. Just low quality Android app. I still use it because has good prices when calling abroad.

I disabled Bixby and Facebook, my phone is flying, battery is amazing . Check out the ADB shell commands to uninstall/hide packages. Seriously, the phone didn't last more than 8 hours, now passed 14 hours and I will have 42 batter

You mean bad use of JavaScript. Modern websites can prefetch all possible links on the current page you're seeing. Then when you click on any link will render that page instantly. Check out some Gatsby blog generator, it's so fast

You should check server hits not Google analytics. From my experience analytics didn't track many visitors. For example cloudflare reports 1000 unique users, GA only 300 to 500.

React is fast. If you are not experienced in react you'll make a mess because they work against its principles. To me the Reddit web app is fast, the show part I think is the server side.
