I doubt you are completely legal (I am not a lawyer anyway), as the contents are delivered via your own API: http://www.songrabbit.com/php/retrieve.php?i=0

Android developers use the m prefix as well, so it is not minority: http://www.mail-archive.com/android-developers@googlegroups.... Although I don't agree with them :)

I believe most people are actually complaining "threads are hard to use", evil is just a possible outcome if they are used by incompetent programmers.

>> The URL bar appears only when the user wants to open a new tab. Double clicking an existing tab lets users display and change the URL of the current tab. My concern would be security related issues (e.g. Phishing), HTTP vs HTTPS

Even if you are right, your title should be "Concurrency in Ruby almost as good as Node.js ON Heroku"

Thanks for the link. It seems running multiple instance of node.js and use a more updated version would helps (maybe). Anyway, I always think that lack of threading support is definitely a feature instead of incompetency. Threading is hard

I think what we need is a balance. If everything in your website is in high contrast, big font-size, black & white - it is also a problem. But I agree the idea behind the "Contrast Rebellion" - the accessibility of web content.

Another example of poor bug handling (although FB is definitely not open): http://bugs.developers.facebook.net/show_bug.cgi?id=16580 This bug was wrongly closed, but when a bug is closed in their system, you cannot re-open it.

The polling approach is already used in the YUI2' onAvailable method. http://yui.yahooapis.com/2.9.0/build/event/event.js But your code should be faster -because you are polling at the 5ms interval!
