This post has some useful advice on how and when to implement an NPS survey. As someone who is implementing it for the first time at my company it was helpful to learn that LinkedIn sees NPS as a lagging indicator and that they don't e

Interesting site. I think it could be more helpful if it also had a "wouldn't use" button that also asks for specific feedback. Sometimes its good to hear peoples concerns when you are still in the idea phase.

This video came out in 2013 of a pro surfer riding the Wavestorm in the big waves of Jaws. It helped fuel Wavestorm's sales, if it rides pretty well at Jaws, it will be just fine in a 2 or 3 foot beginner swell. https://yout

My car is paid off so I didn't factor that in. But you make a good point. Probably the majority of drivers have some sort of payment, whether that's a car loan or a lease.

One "savings" I see is that you wouldn't have to wash your car (which in the city for me meant an extra $35 a week). You also save on general car maintenance. The city streets are tough on the suspension and brakes. You can d

I like how Lyft is trying to make it easier for more people to drive for them. But, after Lyft's cut, tax and gas the hourly rate was very low. I drove for a couple months and they promised $25 - $35 during peak time, but I netted out

I think it's good that the FAA is documenting close calls with drones, however the press is a little overblown. This long time pilot views drones less of threat then geese or other large birds. That may change if drones get bigger and
