I did some work with a guy who was asked to figure out how much accelerant was needed to burn a pile of cows. I knew burning them was a last resort, I hadn't figured that it was actually hard to do.

If it ever becomes successful, we will marvel that individuals could ever afford a bitcoin. 21 million is a tiny number for a currency when compared to $40 trillion in global currency ($6000 per person). ~$1.25 billion spend on Cyber Monday

Whilst I'm sure that is true, it certainly won't be true for the entire human population. I strongly suspect that my excellent reaction to low carb diets is because I haven't evolved the ability to consume them as well as other humans. Clue

I'm also a backer and I've been completely surprised by the lack of interest. $99 to try what could represent the future of CPU design. I see it as a platform to really try out if the new wave of concurrent languages really make a differenc
