If you want corporations like Facebook to care about breaking the law, you need start handing out jail time for the CEOs. Fining a significant percentage of revenue might work, but they'd probably cook the books.

Once again, still don't need it. I grew up eight miles from the nearest paved road. I drove a Suzuki forsa in the winter. If the roads are too dangerous for a car, stay home.

You don't need four wheel drive for snowstorms. Trust me, I've lived in Canada for 45 years and we've never had a four wheel drive. And I've driven (safely) in a lot of snowstorms.

Depends. I got $360 in free groceries last year at one place so I think that was a fair trade. At the other store in town I got about $150. Better pay than I get for my privacy on the web.

Actually, if I move to a new country, part of why I'm doing that is because it's better than my country, so their ideas/values are better than mine. So the adoption of these ideas/values will make me better.

I'm interested in this as well. I bought an ion air cleaner 20 years ago and it welded the dust particles to the walls wherever anything was touching the wall. Had to repaint. Not sure if there are models that work.

The UN doesn't have the guts to target the task issue: too many humans. And recommend the only solution: one child per couple until we get down to about half the current population.

Copyright law is completely bugged. Copyright should last 10 years or the life of the creator. And putting lights on a tower shouldn't be copywritten.
