Looks awesome. But I have some issues I can't seem to resolve - I saved the sample config in the specified path (it should be correct since on reload the app says "Hydra sample config loaded"), but I can't open the repl

Thanks. This is an awesome plan. I might be using the api through a desktop app, so eventual limit per IP would work far better than overall. About the link back to the site - I don't see anything in the API results to link back to and

Does anyone know details on the API - what is the request quota? Will there be api-keys, or just anonymous users to the api? I am interested how does it work with Github search - their API allows something like 5 unauthenticated req/mi

Latency of what? Sound? Light? :)

Indeed. Still, it might be enabling to someone who's already used to the delay, but in a 4-10 person band, there isn't such an issue. I have to check something, though - how do things change if all musicians tracks go through a mi

What about with C' (being the current state-of-the-art/max)? I guess the current speed, judging by [1] is about 200000 km/s (for light in optical fibre), which leads to 2000 km radius (or diameter, if more than 2 parties are

Even if the reaction time is higher than what we detect as a latency, it's still a bad news, but delivered ... later. :) I left 300000 km/s, because I thought that maybe this is the absolute theoretical limit (there might be some

I haven't started anything, but I always wanted to be able to have a band not restricted to the local pool of musicians and this is what made me think about it. So I started looking for a solution, I found about the Internet2 project a

What about a fragmentation of the area - what would be the radius from your location where you would be able to collaborate with others at <=10 milliseconds of latency?

I've visited SF just once, but California Academy of Sciences was pretty nice. Also, probably more exotic for foreigners, but the hop-on hop-off bus tours are also quite nice, especially if the weather is OK. Have fun! :)

I don't get it... In the original article it says: >"Spouses of H-1B visa holders being sponsored for a green card by their employers will be allowed to work in the U.S." If you are "being" sponsored, this means

I don't know how much of this idea comes from Sam Altman, but YC looks better and better since he took over.

I like the idea, but I am not a fan of the compile-step. If there was an alternative implementation of JavaScript with labels used only in this manner (pre-defined meaning, no usage otherwise) they would actually be a good practice.

As much as I understood, this project isn't so much about AI, as it is about a better understanding of biology. I don't know if the project still lives, or are there other many such works, but Polyworld seemed like an interesting

Disclaimer: - ex-teleriker here. Awesome news. I think I read 40+ widgets somewhere this morning and in this press-release it's 38+. Anyways, it's still great. I hope they will transfer in the OSS packet the grid and the treeview,

It's fascinating how, arguably simple software now, which is the captcha , would inevitably become more and more complex as AI develops.
