Power matters more than money I believe. Considerable number of people are tempered on road (correlates with education background and kind of jobs they do). So if they think they can harass you, they probably will. You may be rich, but if y

I'm mainly lived in Delhi, and haven't been any other big city. Although it is common in smaller towns/cities to not wear seat belts, but in Delhi you definitely do, and there is fairly good chance you will get caught.

I'm from a middle class family in Delhi, and we never had (or could have) afforded a driver full time. Maybe now, my father can, but it is still expensive and not worth it. Most middle class families don't have a driver IMO. Much

Also, if a crash does happen, it is by default fault of the person driving bigger vehicle. Particularly, between car and motercycle. To some extent, I felt it also goes with who is driving more expensive car when it happens between cars.

In theory yes, probably that's the intention. Several other companies claim the same. Interviewers are nice and everything, however this whole process is flawed, and the post nowhere depicts the reality. Practically, interviewers more

Just to add, there is also some kind of bias against Lispy languages because it looks different. People I meet who know about Racket (or other lisp dialects) just hate the "parens" or the prefix notation. Personally, I felt the s

I feel the same way. I also tend to forget which macro inserts argument at front and which one at back. I tend to use threading[1] package for macros which does what you are proposing: [1] https://docs.racket-lang.org/thread

How does do handle memory management? If I'm not mistaken, in webassembly programs use a fixed buffer to access memory, which means you need some runtime support to manage that, or apply some kind of technique like this[1]. [1] http:&

IIRC Steele talks about languages which are extensible by users not just compiler writers. Although, JVM allows you to have multiple language implementation on top of JVM, it still doesn't make it easy to extend a language the way lets

Tuple in C# is a class IIRC. Without destructor, you will have to pull out individual members separately. For example for a tuple of form <Int, Int, Int>, you will do something like `var r = c.getFirst(); var g = c.getSecond();`. With
