A very good read. The job naturally sounds awesome: I mean, free gourmet food and heated toilet seats?!? (Oh yeah, and that other stuff: good pay, working with geniuses, etc etc ;-)) But equally, the ending really does IMO show that she's m

Searching from the UK, I get the exact same (really spammy) results that the SEOMoz blog post shows. Must be a localisation thing I guess?

I do see these problematic results: http://www.tristanperry.com/pics/SpammyResult.jpg Searching from the UK, if that changes anything.

Sounds good, thanks for the update Matt. I must ask though: I wonder whether you've seen the "January 26 2011 Traffic Change - Back to 'Zombie Traffic' " discussion over at Webmaster World? A number of webmasters there (who own websites wit

Great advise. And I too recommend The E-Myth Revisted by Michael Gerber; it's definitely a great book and can really help to establish in one's mind the right way to go about working on your business and not in it, a key distinction.

Oh. Wow. EPIC, EPIC FAIL. Actually, they're doing it for other things too: [web based email] [adverts for publishers] [traffic analytics] I'm sure there's more. Wow. That truly is an epic fail. Google have removed Google from the SERPs. LOL
