They also get VERY HOT. I can't hold my phone after using it as a webcam while it's on a wireless charing pixel stand (which is somewhat less than a USB Quickcharge, but more than regular Wireless charging)

On gnome, if you open Gnome Tweak Tool there's a keyboard theme setting, select "Emacs" and all GTK applications will use Emacs keyboard shortcuts. (Including M-b M-f, which is a differnt combo on macOS). It's propbably

At some point Nvidia crippled their drivers if you didn't have a Quadro on Linux. Eg: No multi-monitor. Not sure how of that they do now. So some guy resoldered some resistors on a GTX 690 (at the time the highest spec card they sold)

I have both pro (Home desktop) and enterprise (Work laptop). I don't notice a difference. But we don't really take advantage of the group policy very much.

This was raised when Australia rolled out its' Contract tracing app. On Android if you need bluetooth access you have to ask for locat ion access, because it's possible to derive location from bluetooth data. (Like wifi data).

Just recently I was googling nftables (A replacment for iptables in Linux). Google decided iptables was a synonym and all the results were for iptables. (As it's older and more common)

I think Australia has invested at least that over the past 12 years. Last year UNSW's Quantum Computer lab got a $25 million grant extension.

All of them use some sort of Webbrowser underneath. Thunderbird is using Firefox/Gecko, Geary is using GTKWebkit, macOS Mail is probably using Webkit. Note sure what Windows Mail is using. (Similar to outlook in my experice) Outlook..
