its something called "Kündigungsschutz". most contracts have these clauses and they are often effective after some kind of trial period (usually 3-6 months, depending on job and experience). its a measure to support the employee but it work

the problem here is just that iris recognition is not yet a mass market product. fingerprint readers are built into laptops etc and you can buy a usb fingerprint reader for very little money.

i doubt they're going to take it down. a different version of this was aired in german television one or two years ago. one show even picked it uped and worked with the ccc to show that selve-servicing sales stations that one of the largest

you can mount portions of your ram and use them, but you should be aware that the files need to be put back on a disk before you turn the machine of ;)

i dont get it ... how do they help the businesses with the junk calls with transcribing and categorizing them? it seems to me that those junk-callers call anyway.

well ... i'm not with tc on the alando case. alando was basically the unofficial german ebay and they had to buy and i guess it worked out very well.

i actually pay all my fees (rent,internet/phone,energy,gas,mobile ...) via automated wiring (in germany you call it "lastschrift"). i can't imagine the hassle of doing this manually each month.
