When they build apartments to increase the density the prices don't go down on the dense units. The builder sets the price and he is his own competition because an appraisal requires just 3 comps. He has 250 comps in his pocket because

Which security software do you recommend? I'm going to run your recommendations through some research tomorrow. It would be so cool if we can get local file sharing to work, even Mac to Mac would be amazing. We have directories with 30

We use 10G fiber to a local file store. Not domain joined. Cloud is way too slow for media production (the users that Apple targets). We use basic AV and monitoring, as required for carrying insurance. We don't have any desktops. Our c

You have to have security software on both Mac and Windows machines in an enterprise. It's required to carry insurance.

These are new. The Macs are faster if you use regular Windows out of the box with all the bloat. But that's not what businesses do. Put any kind of security software on the Mac and remove the bloat from Windows (normal for enterprises)

Mac users are consistently the highest needs users in my environment. Ymmv. Samba is still broken. Microsoft apps don't work. You can use them for Adobe. But even then, performance per dollar is poor. Adobe flies on much cheaper Window

It's also necessary for media to exist as an industry. The objective of nearly all news articles is clicks, comments, and sharing. Bad-faith interpretation is by far the best way to increase the count of all of those things regardless

That's not always the case. Augmenting certainly can mean that, but it can also mean doing something that people couldn't do before. For example, looking through meta data in a SQL environment that you didn't know existed to

This article seems irrelevant. It cites a publication dated March of '25 that must be compiled from information preceding that by a few months. The US didn't go to war in or around that time period.

America has its own oil. Europe is buying it, which increases the price. To lower prices, America can help Europe get their oil back from the strait or it can ban sales to Europe both of which could make American oil cheap for Americans. By
