I'm about to go full vegetarian with these food prices. Beef has been too expensive for years, the only beef I've bought for years from grocery stores is bulk pack ground on sale but now on sale is $7/lb. Chicken breast has b

Did the reaction wheel recover from this or is it dead? Article started by saying they used 3 so now only 2 are operational? Can they sustain the satellite with 2?

They're suggesting employees should work 80hrs a week instead of 40 and they should fire the bottom 5-10%. The only note on compensation is maybe give them more stock options. Sounds like a lovely place to work.

There's also no indication from this article that the video came from a service member. You can hear other heavy equipment vehicles in the background and the truck driver is definitely not driving anything owned by the military so also

Man they're selling stolen $25 bottles of tequila on 3rd Ave. Not even expensive stuff is hot commodity now, especially if you live in a cash world. Most of the stuff the street bazaars sell is straight up junk. A shiny Apple cable is

Yes, extremely annoying at first. Same thing FB did with Insta. I guess it's good because I don't go to IG anymore and I don't click on links because half the time they're gated. Twitter will follow the same pattern for

There's definitely a lot of Airbnb flob house owners that are outspoken in the fire type communities. But in the coastfire/leanfire groups there's more interest in steady savings and living frugal which is much more palatable

I've found it interesting that power plant generators are sealed and cooled with hydrogen gas. A hundred tons of steel and copper generating thousands of volts of electricity is cooled with hydrogen. Sounds like a recipe for an explosi

I like the part of this Tesla fan fic where the author says to, just build the tunnel the size of the car no bigger. I guess bulldozers will be the preferred first responder vehicle then.
