It’s a bit of a chicken vs the egg problem. Charge stations in parks and at access point would really change the range requirements. There’s some parts of van island that kinda have this covered already. It’s pretty neat.

This. Rail lines don’t need much maintenance once installed. Compared to a hwy which starts to fall apart immediately. Trains are a relatively simple and robust transportation method. I wonder what the insurance costs look like between the

Exo-skeleton from my understanding is marketing for unibody. like most vehicles other than traditional body in frame trucks. Moving from 12v to 24 or even 48v makes a lot of sense. Not sure what you mean by power and data on the same lines

In bc? the amount of climbing is insane, Most is non 4x4. But also depends what you mean by 4x4 accesses. Some better tires and then maybe a lift kit covers 99%.

They don’t want to cannibalize the other product markets. Canon for example was caught up with the video features that they added to the 5d back in the day. it sparked a video revolution, but destroyed their camcorder sector. same thing aga

Your not wrong, but we sort of did. Road infrastructure gets the funding. We need to nationalize our train infrastructure. And change our zoning laws to prioritize rail freight instead of trucks. The amount of land saved from this alone wo
