Tangent: I am traveling at the moment and I miss my second monitor a lot. It's like saying you don't need toilets when you can dig a hole in the ground and use leaves to wipe instead of toilet paper.

Maybe a naive question: how about cdns like cloudflare? Too costly? Edit: and also P2P style caching? I would expect a big number of users can act as relays? And, IPFS, why not.
