Tab hoarding is not an effective strategy of organization, it is more the fear of losing something important. And tab hoarding builds up, just like any other type of hoarding. Finding tabs was a bit of hit or miss, you can search for them i

My problem with bookmarks is that I tend to forget about them. What would be nice is a browser where tabs, history and bookmarks blended together seamlessly.

Yes, it is the 200+ tabs (probably closer to 500) over multiple windows. My latest move was to merge every tab in all windows to one window only (with an extension) and start using vertical tabs (better scrolling and overview of tabs) Then

I find your answer most interesting yet, especially about Article II. Apparently the president can appoint temporary advisors that does not need approval from congress. If Mr Musk qualifies for such appointment I guess is that something for

It seems that many objects to the audit on technicalities and use that as an argument that the audit itself is illegal or unconstitutional. It is a flawed argument.

US president has a lot of powers, I’m not aware of any elected official in Europe with the same amount of powers (ignore Russia). President of France is probably the most comparable, but in France you also have the prime minister, selected

Dependency injection containers can be overly complex and allow complex configurations, too much magic. That is why I kept my container library simple, you read thru all the source in less than 15 minutes. What I like about it is that it is

Of course you can. Write your own abstraction of Unicode string, it is easy. Php has all the tools for it. Yes, in mainstream PHP you use the webserver to leverage forking. The great thing about that is that vastly simplifies the language a

Yes, because functions can’t be autoloaded and you can’t put variables and constants inside a namespace. But it isn’t hilarious, it is because of legacy. Now there are proposals to fix function autoloading but it won’t fix variables and con

This can definitely be an issue and it was when Guzzle released a new major version every month. Also when working with projects that are 10+ years and lines of codes a million you will run into this. Sure you can always fork and move the l

It is not a non-issue. You can run into naming collisions by just using two different composer dependencies where each dependency depends on the same library but different major versions.

It becomes a problem if you want to use multiple versions of the same library, which may happen if you are using composer, e.g two different dependencies uses the same dependency but different major releases.
