It’s hard if you do those things, too. I had my best luck with sports and volunteerism. Since I have kids, coaching youth sports has also been a great way to develop a group.

737 max can do 4000+ miles in on paper. That puts all of Mexico, most of Central America, and a good chunk of the Caribbean in range I believe.

I don’t follow the industry that closely, but I know TerraPower (a Bill Gates vehicle) is actively doing things, including building out molten salt reactors.

Only if there is zero market segmentation going on. My area is seeing a large number of new units go up, but they range from developments with no units below $1.5M to where all units are below $600k. And even if you saw uniformity in the ho

When I was reviewing resumes I would generally also look at an interesting candidate’s LinkedIn as it often provided more detail than the resume itself. For me, I was mostly looking for more detail on a candidate’s experience. Links to proj

California has a reputation for growing high water use crops in low water areas. California can still provide epics amounts of food for less water usage, it would just be a different mix of products.

The most hilarious bad ChatGPT output I’ve gotten so far is asking for driving directions. It completely just makes stuff up- it spews major street names but the directions are nonsense. It really reveals some fundamental limitations of lan

A lot of creative outlets are faddish for production, even if they remain commercially viable. For a while podcasting was having a moment, with big names like Serial making a splash. Now TikTok and short form videos are having their moment.

Do not quit your job without at least a written offer. It is 100% an issue for resume reviewers, hiring managers and interviewers. I have seen plenty of candidates passed over for exactly this reason. My brother quit his (admittedly bad) jo
