I mean, funny, but idiot activists that spew stuff like this unironically are just missing the forest for the trees. Earth will never be perfect, but we shouldn't let that distract us from something way bigger than ourselves

Are people actually stupid enough to think anyone earning over $1M a year aren't just going to hire an accountant that can play the stupid tax games? This is going to do shit all and just cascade to the middle class, just like all tax

I've certainly noticed this. I'm not from a rich family, I was raised on welfare and I've managed to work my way into finally being able to buy my own three bedroom home in my 30s. Have a lot of friends who don't make an

Lambda works fantastically when you're working in AWS' little box. Processing kinesis streams, monitoring and munging S3 objects, auditing dynamo tables, etc. Web lambdas are not worth it imo, very complex and difficult to get rig

Twitter rewards being a dickhead. It was fun when everyone was allowed to be a dickhead, but now there's a protected class that cannot be criticised and freely sends death threats and the like to whatever bad guy they think they have t

Considering I've been quoted in articles as an anonymous source on stuff I don't know anything about, I'm willing to bet no one can confirm why he left except Bengio himself.

All this is going to do is empower the white supremacists. We were so close to a point where we could acknowledge our wrongs and build something new together, but idiots like this decided to use it as a wedge to build their own powerbase. W

Yeah, we had access to DreamSpark around 10-15 years ago and it was pretty awesome. I was very much a Linux person at the time, but I could still appreciate all the free stuff MS lobbed at students.

I bought a PinePhone Manjaro edition. Thing is solid, decent hardware though not earth shattering in anyway. The one killer app for me is phonecalls and text alerts, though. I can live without anything else, but those need to work. The main

I think it's more that a few of them are giving quite large sums of cash to the Godot project. It was only a matter of time before they did this, tbh, I doubt it will be painted as a social justice issue.
