Yeah that is weird hustle porn or at least the bottom part of that page is. I would not want my name on that page if I worked there. Tech companies are weird. The top portion of the page is great.

It will not work. Congress is full old people who do not even know what tiktok is. You cannot force a company to sell because you "believe" they are a national security threat. Is there proof they are a national security threat? I

I switched to feedly and it was "good enough" but not really. They eventually engineered it to really close to what reader had. Which is great. As time went on less and less sites supported RSS so it became less of an issue and I

Smart people tend to always think they are correct even on things they know literally nothing about. Climate change is one of those things. You will hear the "just asking questions" or "skeptical" but climate change is f

Sadly this would not fly in the US. Republicans would scream "less government is better" and block it like their lives depended on it.

Man he is stupid. It does not take much effort to show that ads for good companies show up next to Elmo's nazi friends comments. Apple, IBM and other companies are not leaving for the hell of it.

I mean he promotes anti-semitic things himself. https://www.telegraph.co.uk/business/2023/10/09/elon-musk-an... So it is doubtful he is going to try to stop any hate speech.

This is the correct answer. You look at your stats and put your time where it is needed. I like Firefox but it just not popular. And getting a few more devs to use it will not help.

What compiler is he/she using? I cannot get this to compile at all but I might not know the magic compiler incantation to get it to work. template<typename T> auto length(const T& value) noexcept { if constexpr (s

Not really Trump was planning the same thing a few years ago. Hopefully the Republicans choose an adult this time who will not try that again but that is doubtful given the choices so far.

Chromebooks come with an option to run a linux subsystem. It is fairly nice I can use the chromebook as intended and also hack on other things in linux. Not the same but the option is there.
