I'm not a Microsoft fan per se (just forced to use it at work) but what is the issue with the Ribbon? I have seen it complained about (mostly upon release) but not any particularly good reason. Would you care to elucidate me? Initially

The fact that Atom was free and Open Source is mostly why I switched. You'll be happy to find that it does restore your last session as default now (add in the Project Manager plugin to make switching between projects easier too). Pers

I have a higher up comment but cryogen free magnets exist now. They still need water and electricity but much cheaper than the cost of helium (ant the cost of the nitrogen around the helium).

On yeah, I used to take home around 200GBP a month when I did teaching. It did make Tuesdays a minimum 12 hour day though.
