Well yes only selling stuff to the US is something that can really turn me of a site, even if their services later becomes available to the rest of us. This isn't the real world, so stop treating us as second rate citizens.

Almost nobody mixes lisp (or derivatives of lisp) and XML - sexpressions are the typical representation of lisp code and are isomorphic to xml.

Yes they do exist. They exist because those people are us. Nobody argues that the WSJ was wrong about the data they collected, but they were horribly wrong with their conclusions and assignment of blame.

Not really - Joel is smart. He knows that the marginal cost of a frogbuz account is almost nothing but that the price - if the company is acquired - is an entire company that use his software.

It may be true that you mix semantics when you mix tables and html, but you lose little if you do it while you use RoR/Django or any other of the frameworks where there is a central template because you still only need to make changes in _o

The best way to confirm the identity would properly be to check peoples passports/drivers license. That would prevent trolls.
