You have to create a new Apple ID for the store, using a different email address. Then you have to find yourself a credit card issued in that country or buy iTunes vouchers from that country online and have the codes sent to you.

One of Australia's 3g networks had an alternate APN you could use that gave you direct access to the internet, and an externally facing IP address. I only discovered this last month and the network is being shut down this year. It's such a

Wow. You're either being intentionally obtuse or you have no hope of understanding this. But we'll go through it one more time. A second-hand Sony television is often higher quality than a brand-new generic manufacturer's TV. In the same ve

I still maintain it works perfectly. You're getting too hung-up on where you rank each brand.

I think that by having many users using the image for free - even with the restrictions, you are devaluing the ability to sell it to people who will actually pay. Who wants to use a stock image that is absolutely everywhere?

A counter notice would imply some kind of dispute, in which case the matter is definitely not resolved, possibly headed for the courtroom. It does seem rather heavy for Godaddy to disable the entire site, instead of just the infringing cont

Two questions (and I'm not trying to be snarky or aggressive here!) 1) Are you Australian? (sub question, were you born Australian?) 2) What state/territory do you live in? Because every state and territory I've lived in, it's been tyre. I'

Over lunch yesterday a graphic designer friend was trying to convince me to include a QR code on my business cards. We ran through the many steps required to scan a QR code... and end of conversation. It is a very limited technology.

Exclusion from future government contracts for X years? Google is bidding pretty hard to get their FISMA-certified apps used by the US government. It's not really a direct monetary penalty, though.

What are you talking about? Edit: I thought you were talking about MS taking a cut of game publisher's money, not Valve's. It's such a far-fetched scenario given everything we know about Windows 8 it didn't register in my mind.
