It works for me. The secret is simple: Eat food, real food. the trick is to know what real food is (6 main food groups: Beans, whole grains, veg, fruits, nuts/seeds, tubers)

i don't think you'll find widespread agreement on what's moral or not. what's moral for you maybe abhorrent to someone else. there's not necessarily any absolute good or bad, it's all a matter of perspective.

you can get a laptop with a much bigger screen and a keyboard for as little as 100 to 300$ and it will be much much easier to get work done on, than an apple phone. so i think apple is still very much a luxury product.

it's a poorly written article because it didn't explain how the wage theft happens. i mean does the pay stub simply not reflect all the hours they worked? are they talking about overtime? is this for part time work or full time
