I was thinking about this. I'm not sure how the other sites did it, but I would try to write an algorithm that classifies whether a page has an event or not. If there is an event, then parse it and check for duplicates. I have some other

Yes, Chinese is an extremely special case. You just can't really understand it without knowing having a deep knowledge of the history and culture. I think Japanese is similar.

I actually worked in a hospital where they paid for robots to deliver medical records to doctors/nurses. The nurse would request records, and then the medical records department would fill it up and send them out. I think that didnt last

If you have a Chinese passport its easy to setup a company in China but if you have a foreign passport then you need to have a lot of money in a Chinese bank before they allow you to register a company, I think about $100,000 US. I've heard

ObieJazz, the way I planned to combat that was to display next to the essay, the level of the person learning that language, so you could distinguish from practicing a language and contributing by writing in your native language.
