While I agree with your math, I am curious how much your physical backups would be worth if something so catastrophic occurred that all of Google/AWS/Azure cloud services were destroyed. Whether that be an act of war, a massive so

As long as if someone is doing their job well and/or being nice, I don’t care what they wear (assuming they aren’t naked or something overly silly haha).

Replying to this since the comment I want to reply to is flagged: It’s okay to fall out of contact with people. You have no responsibility to keep up on every person you have ever been friends with. Some of my best friends are people that a

Once prices start coming down, I think we will see a dramatic increase in EV sales. They are better in just about every way and all we need is the price to come down to make them the obvious choice.

For me it was primarily how “heavy” the meal was. Eating 1lb of brisket with some bread would result in the edible taking longer to get into my bloodstream than something like a modest salad and some fruit.

On the bright side, 0.05 x 0.05 really isn’t that much less. After a 95% drop, you’ve essentially hit rock bottom!

Because of our children, I think the camera is the main selling point for my wife. She almost exclusively uses her phone for taking pictures and sending them to family.

What you recently ate can have a big impact. I only bought from reputable brands that had consistent dosages, but my diet could make two doses of the same gummy feel quite different night to night.

If you get rid of private swimming pools, golf courses, and water hungry farming in those regions, I think they’d be fine to continue as is. Aka: be smarter with water

For me, it’s the price and look. I just want a normal looking vehicle that doesn’t cost $80k. An EV Toyota Tacoma for like $30-40k would be amazing.

We have two open positions on my team and we have yet to fill them as management is “being picky” with candidates. With so many amazing candidates allegedly looking for work, I find it interesting that we haven’t found someone faster.

Honestly, I think you are going to see mass death and chaos in third world countries. The militaries of the first world countries are going to unite in a “us versus them” mentality and it’ll be bloody. Billions will die and we might hit our

More money going to a normal person selling a house rather than a bank seems like it would directly related to income inequality. The issue being that we are getting to a point where a lot of homes are owned by banks so they get their money

I get that inflation needed to be reeled in, but these higher interest rates seem to really be hurting the lowest income households. Come to think of it, just about everything seems to hurt the lowest income households. It’s truly a damned

Who wants the “bad” students? Bad could be from a behavioral or academic standpoint? Don’t they deserve a chance at an education as well?

I can’t speak to the UK directly since I live in the USA, but all of my experiences with privatization of services has been awful. I lived in one city that handled trash and recycling as a part of your property taxes. It was a good service.

Assuming quality does actually go up, prices going up aren’t the worst thing ever. I would just want the utility to have programs for low-income households since we don’t want to price people out of a necessity.

When profit becomes the main motivator, quality of services always seem to drop. I get that the government can be annoying, but I feel like there are many services that we should aim to provide as a society where profit isn’t the goal. For
