For those who are tolerant of msg, it offers zero nutritional benefit. Banning it would help millions of migraine sufferers and harm no consumer. You cannot ban a natural, ubiquitous amino acid, any more than you can ban salt. You ca

The 4L cost $2,200 when it was introduced in 1992, which is almost $5,000 in 2023 dollars. Dot matrix printers were affordable for regular people, laser printers not so much. edit: My point is not "everyone only had dot matrix printer

I know this article isn't all that serious, but it's a weird one still. Today’s TV set, computer or mobile phone is light-years ahead of one you might have owned 25 years ago. Can you say the same about your printer? Well,

Germany is a net exporter of electricity, and has been for over 20 years. Last year, France actually had to import electricity because their NPPs kept failing (too much heat, too little rain, no water to act as coolant).

Indeed there isn't. It isn't a discussion either--you asked a question, which I answered, while you continued to argue from ignorance.

>That type of problem is found throughout chemistry but usually an accepted nomenclature applies (when it doesn't is when we get into troubles). It is not. Nobody who is into chemistry is confused by it, and those who are us

IUPAC has nothing to do with it--aspartame is a trivial name. It's no mess, either--chemists know that 1M sulfuric acid does not contain any H2SO4, even though H2SO4 is sulfuric acid. The skeletal and ball-and-stick structures differ p

>I was looking at the Wikipedia article on aspartame when I realized that there was a significant error on the page. The skeletal formula was correct but the ball-and-stick model was incorrect in that it had an extra hydrogen tacked onto
