Switched around for a long time, then realized that the coolest thing about Kod was the default font, so I stole it for vim: The M+ Fonts: hugely recommended - http://mplus-fonts.sourceforge.jp/

Miro's a very cool project - the Participatory Culture Foundation does a bang-up job of productizing what they do and making it pretty. For someone who'd want to switch from iTunes for higher performance and simplicity, rather than just goi

The name OrionHub makes me wish that open-source companies were more litigious, just so that we could have some variety in naming.

Though, to his credit, in the little REPL that he shows, he typed ({"JSON":"rocks!"}), not {"JSON":"rocks!"} - the former is valid.

This "Zed" guy has a "oh, cool" to "I WILL FIGHT YOU" transition time of about five minutes. It's sad that his short temper colors his excellent work so much. [1] Especially when this started with a compliment [0]... [0]: https://twitter.c

There's Landsat data, that requires a bit of processing, and some low-res Blue Marble GeoTIFFs. For very small subsets, we're also really interested in kite mapping by grassrootsmapping: http://grassrootsmapping.org

Until your location can be triangulated by enough towers, your location is a tower. Also, they're not O'Reilly researchers - one is an astrophysicist from Exeter and the other's a developer from Color.

Journalist who hasn't done any research on sugar agrees with doctor who hasn't done any research on sugar. And this happens to be great linkbait. Tell me why I should pay for the New York Times, again?
