I don't see how you can avoid human labor for this type of task given the current energy demands of the top AI models. Once we do reach a point where AI could do the filtering, who is going to draw the limit to where free speech ends?

I had to visit the ER in Philippines. In US we sit there for 5-7 hours and see a nurse practitioner. In Philippines we were in an out in 2 hours and saw two doctors.

it is a mixed bag. I think distribution for new artists is easier today with social media etc. Go on Spotify, there is such a huge spectrum of music available. There is literally something for everyone.

It does not seem very "Scientific" in the same way OpenAI does not seem very "Open". Honestly, it is a bad move in my opinion. If you want to be seen as impartial, you should stay impartial.
