I feel like this depends a lot on yor tasks and use cases. For example, if you have a blog, or if your professional role includes a lot of writing, you can benefit a lot from notes. Usually, when I start a blog post, I go through my notes o

I wanted to read a bit more about this and started googling. Then it turned out that this article is plagiarized word-for-word from https://www.computerworld.com/article/3427839/ten-years-on--... Posting it here

Nice article, fun to read! I think solo-founders should try hard to find a simple and efficient tech stack - including hosting. Why use containers and EC2 when you could just use a PaaS like Pythonanywhere and be done with it?

My first impression is very good. With one exception: The .desktop file that is generated on Linux has the wrong StartupWMClass set. The correct one would be lowercase obsidian (VS Obsidian). Because of this, the application cannot be added

A couple of months ago, I published a blog post* about maintaining my personal knowledge base as a software engineer. Notion plays a significant role in this setup. I do agree with others that Notion's flexibility can turn into a probl

Great thread, thank you. Already seen a few things that I will look into. For me, the transition from Bash to Zsh has been a huge efficiency boost. Mainly because of some great plugins for Zsh, such as z, zsh-peco-history (better history se

This sounds really interesting. For developers, this approach could be a compromise between no-code and, well, code .

The thing is, some of my use cases are not that small but still contained to only parts of the project. Also, jQuery always feels kinda hacky to me. I have a much better feeling with VueJS. Part of this could be owed to the fact that I work

Thanks! Yeah, I think it is important for a side project to be able to start working on the actual code as quickly as possible. It is not too much of a problem to set up all these fancy frontend tools before going into production. If it

I really like the design of your page! It has very clear navigation and the side menu makes it easy to jump between posts and even get an overview of the current post. This is something a lot of blog sites lack.
