People in hcol cities still need to move around. People from outside of the country move to hcol cities because of their reputation. Rich people live in hcol places because they can. My logic doesn’t really need to track with whatever you a

I only got a few sentences into this but I can assure you that I love cleaning my house, and performing various other chores. Work related and otherwise. If I didn’t do them, my life would be worse than if I didn’t! It’s pretty easy stuff!

Yeah, NPR has been driving me nuts with this crap. There seem to be 0 news sources available that can’t help but slip some alarmist flavor text in. I can’t listen to it anymore.

Yup, you should re-evaluate. There are a jillion reasons to do things that are chores. The word chore should not be implicitly perceived as a negative thing. Do I want to clean my house? Yes. Is it still a chore? Do some thinking for yourse

Even a 10 foot high sea level rise preserves most of the residential areas of every single major metro on the west coast. My guess is the GP is unfamiliar with them and is just saying weird random shit for some reason.

Making fun of audiophiles is about as close to “beating the dead horse” as I can think of. If you think this is funny or interesting; reflect. Perhaps, if talking about this, your life is as just about as uninteresting as an audiophiles? F
