"Data Studio is not available in your country." Why is this still a thing any more? Even more this is a product of a single company so no legacy licensing scheme (like for movies for instance) can be blamed :(

I'm not saying this is right or wrong.. but there is something worth pointing out. Technically speaking Download.com is not modifying the original EXE file as some people alleged but using an 'download manager' to intermediate the download
