The website is so full of hyped words I don't trust it. Advanced doesn't mean better. And I think this could be done years ago without HTML5. But it is looking nice! Inline editing is very useful!

Yeah I think so. A tree-lookup can make things easier, but then you have to estimate the bounce direction. But overall it's a great demo. And you see more and more games using voxels for surroundings. So ofcourse you could combine this tech

And there are no moving objects in this demo. Voxel animations are much harder than poly animations. Then there is memory. The elephant is looking great, no doubt about that. But I think you will need a lot of space for it. On a PC this mig

Maybe a little oftopic, but are there places where you can find tips about best-practice content? To be clear: I once read that a button labeled "read more" is not very good because people don't like to read. But when you name it something

Funny comment :) But serious: there is nobody stopping you from cutting down a tree to build a house. I think this also applies to programming. At home I am putting hours in programing my own stuff, stuff that is done before and available i

Exactly. Some used fonts are also very narrow and therefore hard to read. But ofcourse they are called Contrast Rebellion. Not Readable Rebellion.

Strange thing is: There are almost no sounds of revenge in Norway. They all agree Anders should not take part in society anymore, but that's about it. About the statistics: The avarage rate in Norway is 20%. In this particular prison 16%. N

I think those warnings are very helpful. They help to develop better and more secure code. Ever tried to assign a non-existing variable in another language? I think you will get a compile error. This isn't too hard: $foo = isset($_POST[

Your roughly translated HN name is also funny: Blue buttock gargle ;) But yes. Programmers have a hard time using unicode. It's a shame not all programming languages use unicode. I also think is has to do with bad research. It isn't hard to

Cheap LEDs do this. They lack a warm spectrum. They also give a lot of noise on your electricity net. But there are expensive LEDs emitting warm light. Perfect for reading. They emit a much wider spectrum of light. I think in the aquarium w

Well why is this terrible advice? Maybe you could explain this instead of calling me terrible. I was serious. When you want to start programming in 3D you should first start with the basics: rendering. Raytracing is a very good place to sta

But I like the Ubuntu scrollbars better. There is at least a small line showing there is more content. The reviewer is also surprised to see he is "missing" some programs (scrollbar is missing). I think this is a bad UI decision.

Well I think it's over 4 years old. At the time I read something about it and I think they were stacking 2D images fading and scaling them. As I remember well there was no 3D involved. Did a quick search but I can't find the article.

12Hz is the lowest humans can hear (under perfect conditions). But when we get older those frequencies are very hard to hear. That's why I thought 30Hz would be a nice figure. But maybe I should have used 20Hz for it's the lowest frequency

To give a little context: I listen to everything from classical music to noise and use good equipment. You make it sound like classical music is the only kind of music where quality is important. This is not true. Quality is also important
