oh wow i built a script years ago to rip it but basilisk asked not to use up all his bandwidth and offered to let me send him a hard drive for backup but i never got around to it... glad to know it's preserved thanks for the tip!

Macbook keyboard gave me RSI, it's like smashing your fingers on marble. Using mechanical switches and caps lock for control is better for me, but indeed, stretching for frequent modifiers is bad.

Good riddance, I've had nothing but trouble with NUCs, like memory errors from the CPU cache, and Intel wouldn't support it or help in any way. Another example, having to hotplug thunderbolt devices after boot due to IRQ conflicts
