Oh you mean like, sugars and starches - the most toxic constituents of the modern diet. You jump pretty readily to a conclusion that isn't in what's said. "Plants" covers a diverse group of foods, some of which are the

I couldn't agree more with your comment. I've seen too many people fall into the trap of believing that the HR department is there to protect them, only to find out much too late that the reality is as you described.

I couldn't agree more that a request for my attention does not obligate me to give it; if it did, I could spend all my (work) day answering emails and all my leisure time watching adverts.

Thanks for the reply. It's something I'm researching but without much background knowledge or experience, it's hard to know where to start. How do you source your user generated content? Is the big earner a forum or the lik

Fair point. I suppose it's about eliminating as many vulnerabilities and exploit vectors as possible, then deploying countermeasures and controls to mitigate the ones you can't remove. Putting a fanless machine inside a closed c

A big part of the reason I wanted to remain was to avoid another independence referendum. It looks like it's probably unavoidable now. And it's going to be another horrible round of extremely divisive, poisonous political activi

Walking is, I think, a combination of habit and culture. Both sets of my grandparents, from opposite ends of the country, used to walk quite a lot without any real purpose for doing so. They did this well into their 80s, and so did their f
