The biggest safety problem with MJ is (as the original article hinted) the tendency in some people (especially teenagers) to increase the probability of them developing psychosis. This is why it is so apples to oranges. Yes, there are carci

I believe the parent was referring the many recent YAML based vulnerabilities found in Rails (and elsewhere). He is basically saying, "You can use YAML -- if you don't care about injection vulnerabilities."

I don't use dropbox at all? To me it is a great solution for consumers but my needs are different. I use git + standard unix tools. For backup I use tarsnap. It rocks.

I don't understand. You can easily cut a branch commit. Push the branch. Pull the branch finish it. Commit. (optionally rebase). Delete the temporary branch. Git handles this problem very well.

Based on the tables in http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cost_of_raising_a_child for the US. I estimated that the cost of raising 2.5 children for 22 years (up to 18 plus college) as nearly $1.4 million. This may be low balling it if you inves

I think the python people made a few choices which prevented some of the problems: 1) It is very clear which version trees will accept new language features vs. libraries vs. bug fixes. 2.7.x for instance generally only gets bug fixes at th
