Related (but different): I'm wondering how much inflation will shift tax payers into higher brackets and increase the overall income for the government from those taxes.

Those charts look way less dire than I would have expected. June isn't halfway through yet. So I'm not sure what to think of that. But prior to June, they had been doing ~$200M in "fees" monthly -- fairly consistently,

It's not that Apple ships a browser engine that is the problem. It's that they don't allow you to publish apps that use a different browser engine. Big difference.

What if he does it without being detected? There are probably a bunch of wallets from back in the day whose owner lost their key. Take some coin out of those. Then no one knows. Sell it. Move on.

How “cheap” is it to create new db instances? I can imagine a world where it might be practical to have one master db for all of your customers/accounts. But a separate db instance for each customer’s data. Is that the kind of architec

The way you describe it, to me, is one of those “this sounds obvious in retrospect”. Sounds completely elegant and “right”. Congratulations on a great idea. I really hope you pull it off!

My theory: Both Facebook and Netflix have cratered in stock price in the past year after bad earnings. It's earnings season now. Maybe Twitter was going to surprise on the downside. The board knew that without the Musk bid, after ear

In Western countries and in Asia, fertility rates are pretty (edit: low) these days. I fear they would collapse with the introduction of a male fertility pill. In some sense, maybe that's not bad. The world is probably overpopulated.
