Except IE's filters were an unrelated proprietary technology with an ugly syntax: filter: progid:DXImageTransform.Microsoft.Blur(pixelradius=2); compared to filter: blur(2px);

I don't see how this would be "cheating the system". There are skilled workers out there that can't receive the income they deserve simply because of their location. Locking out foreign workers is basically geographical discrimination --

I think the idea is that native apps (in most cases) can only run on the platform they were developed for. Web apps, on the other hand, can theoretically run on any platform with a solid web browser. Mozilla wants to use Firefox OS to enc

I poked around the data a bit (I uploaded a JSON file below). First, I separated the tweets into two sets based on the last eight hex digits (00s and 50s). In each set, I parsed each 16-digit message as an integer, converted that to a binar
