You're right. After publishing, someone on Reddit told me that fractional votes are technically OK. If you look closely for it, I mention it in a footnote that I added after publishing.

The ads on Youtube on my Samsung have recently become super aggressive. - 2x 10-20sec at the beginning of every video (even e.g. 30sec clips) - Then, usually 2mins in the Yt themselves do an ad - After that, at around 3mins, another 2x 10-2
