Not a lot of music producers do use that much RAM (speaking as someone that has run multi-machine music making setup before). Its only the large sample libraries that do and you need multiple instances running to really eat it up. All our d

Linus tech tips are not exactly professionals though they have learnt a bit over the years, but it is why they mess up all the time. It makes it amusing for me, but their advice is often worst practice. NAS is fine if you know what you are

There are other platforms that are maybe better suited to that role though. I am not very up to date with the hardware but I remember PCengines being one.

Could you point me to some examples or perhaps share some? I totally believe you, but we depend on ffmpeg (and we license the relative codecs) and I wanted understand what kind of problems we should be looking out for.

I had both a computer and a piano “dumped on me”. I learnt the computer by reading the book that came with it, going to the library to get more books and occasional buying a magazine. The piano I started off with by trying to play along to

It is not false, just books never had such a problem and so the license wasn't deemed necessary to put anywhere. You own the paper that it's printed on, but you don't own the pictures or the words in the order they are writte

I don’t think you should be using that TV show as a guide, parts of it are fictional. For examples, take a look at the wikipedia section: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Crown_(TV_series)#Historic...
