And Mafell can be better than festool. Though different manufacturers tend to have different advantages. Hilti makes some very large tools that if needed Festool does not have alternative. I have also seen a comparably priced Hilti drill&#x

Ditch the Aggregate devices for a start ( yes it’s expensive running a lot of inputs or outputs on a proper system, and you don’t take advantage of all the interfaces built into gear). Uninstall Blackhole and spend the money on Rogue Amoeba

I don’t think it was that hard. I remember them being around all the time, but maybe it was a European thing with them being readily available here.

You drive 800km without taking a break? With a family? Last time I took my Taycan for a long drive (6 hours in -15C) we took a break half way, and it charged so much faster than expected - so I had to exit the restaurant and go and move it.

Canon has a good share of the market but not to the extent that you are suggesting. Sony is massive particularly for semipro influencers, Panasonic some share, Nikon very little. Source: Managing 150PB+ of customers video content.

What I used to do was swap machines over from the one with failing disks to a live spare (slave in the old frowned upon terminology), do the maintenance and then replicate from the now live spare back if I had confidence it was all good. Y

I try to buy whichever is considered the best at the time and consider a TV to be a 2000Euro upwards purchase. But every TV needs the settings tweaked and a lot of its processing turned off. The quickest way to get there is to start with th

That really sucks. Sounds like the ventilation system is poorly designed. I wish that all modern buildings had properly sized FTX / air handling units. These exchange the old air with new air using the heat from the old to warm up the

Not really. I’ve been around music tech before and after that point. I would say the explosion was cheaper and more accessible music making equipment whether that was on a computer, cheaper hardware or the secondhand market.

Growing up on a farm 30 years ago - we wouldn't have to wait a day or two. You would start fixing the problem straight away, worse case being someone would have to drive to get a part and then you would install it. And many parts you c

They do that in Sweden all the time. I have no idea how a country that has some amazing minds can come up with the worst road infrastructure designs possible. Most of it’s unsafe so they just lower the speed limit.
