Hooks have a dedicated IP range. With Terraform and AWS it's pretty simple to create a security group on an Application Load Balancer and whitelist these IPs using https://www.terraform.io/docs/providers/githu

It's really not. You also wouldn't expose your database just because it's password-protected? I bet all these public servers have a firewall running to protect other services. Shouldn't be hard to include the saltstack p

I am amazed how the article manages not to mention Berlin a single time, although it is clearly the most interesting city according to the graphs. Maybe because it's not an English speaking city?

I just had a quick look on Google News, some stories seem legit: In Montpellier, owners shutting down hot water and heating to force a nurse to move out: https://www.la-croix.com/Sciences-et-ethique/Sante/Coronavir

There are similar stories in France, but it's mostly hearsay. And with some "journalists" relying on twitter to write their articles, it gets harder to distinct hearsay from real news.

I bet if remote work became the norm, many people would co-rent shared offices with their friends, relatives, neighbors, etc. Social interactions at work without the burden of hierarchy, work etiquette, etc. That would be the dream.
