I somewhat agree with you, but, you can depending on graph size and time test for planarity. There are also some physical ish cases where graphs are guaranteed planar. And like most things, maybe empirically one of these methods works.

Qalc seems like a better calculator to me and is more stable somehow despite being written in I think C++. Not having to download a huge programming language taking up GB of space, research an ecosystem and import ten packages sounds ideal.

Lemme put it this way. It highly resembles fibromyalgia. Most doctors in America won't recognize fibromyalgia because in a lot of cases there is no treatment and there is no way in hell industry is going to adapt to having sick people

They and other agencies are also involved in the psychological experiment business. Historically and probably currently. All the data they've got these days and various means to interact with their subjects is probably pretty wild.
