Electric motors are already well over 90% efficient. I don't see what they could do to improve this. Maybe weight/power ratio? Even then, Tesla pretty much nailed it with his three phase "squirrel cage" motor. That'

I did the math on this once. For residential it is not realistic due to the amount of water you would need to store. For commercial I think you would need a small lake.

Where I live you need a four day $650 course that you need to book months in advance to ride any scooter at all. You also need to pay for annual registration and get insurance. A few provinces over, they are talking about asking for a bicyc
