For simple parametric CAD, use a trial of Fusion360 or Solvespace. Then 3d printing it is as simple as slice and print using something like Cura or PrusaSlicer. Plenty of tutorials for those two.

Because there's the constant struggle of making something so complicated that nobody wants to actually configure it and use it. So you have two options: sensible defaults and hiding things away, or just avoiding customization outright.

On a pull-to-refresh style widget, the scrollbar needs to be at the top. This provides a shortcut to jump to the top and refresh.
